WHO WE SEE

Sound Start Speech Pathology exclusively provides assessment and therapy services for children with motor speech disorders. This includes children with:​

• Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) / suspected Childhood Apraxia of Speech (sCAS)

• Childhood Dysarthria 

• Speech Motor Delay​

• Erin can offer diagnostic assessments to confirm the type of speech sound disorder your child has and if they would be eligible for therapy at Sound Start Speech.

Erin also offers a second opinion assessment option for families wishing to review their child's communication diagnosis and therapy recommendations. Following the assessment, Erin can work with your local clinician to provide a therapy plan and guidance on the most appropriate goals and therapy approaches.
